摘要
本文首先对电机定子铁芯卷绕技术的起源、国内外研究状况进行描述,介绍了几种定子铁芯制造工艺与卷叠新工艺,并进行了相关比较。在介绍卷绕机构的同时又对其工作原理进行了对比分析,并在最后讨论了卷绕装置的存在的关键问题及以后的发展方向进行展望。
The origin of coiled manufacturing of electric motor and research status are introduced in this paper. Some kinds of manufacturing of stator of electric motor are introduced as well, and a brief compare is made. Two major equipments of coiled manufacturing are introduced, meanwhile their characters are compared. At last, the key problems of the facility and the prospect of coiled manufacturing are discussed.
