基于CAE技术的具有回转轴线容器件吹塑成型时的数值分析

摘要 以具有转轴线的容器件作为研究对象,利用熔体流动方程简化条件,液体力学中型腔面积突变时阻力系数变化理论,对塑件相关部位料流流动状况等进行分析;并利用CAE技术对该分析方法的正确性验证。结果表明,该分析方法可以用于指导吹塑成型工艺参数的合理选取。 With the study of a certain revolving axis container ,and the expatiation to the melt flow equation simplified conditions on the cavity of embedded part, and the mutant resistance coefficient change theory of medium-size cavity at the fluid mechanics, the embedded part of plastic parts site material flow situation. The intension was validated with the use of CAE technology. The results showed that the use of the analytical method can be as the instruction for the reasonable selection of process parameter in the blowing from the extrusion profile.
