DCS自控系统在燃气、蒸汽联合发电的设计

摘要 燃气、蒸汽联合发电的自动控制系统采用由ABB生产的Industry IT系列AC800F硬件组成基础自动化系统。过程站采用冗余的PM803总线控制器和分布式S800I/O,通过编程软件CBF8.1实现设备的自动启停、数据的采集、以及PID回路的自动调节等功能.利用DIGIVIS8.1监控软件实现对数据的在线监测,以Windows XP作为系统平台界面,组成计算机操作系统,实现人机通讯。 The automatic control system of gas-steam combined power generation adopts AC800F hardware in Industry IT-series made in ABB to form the basic automation system. The process station uses the redundant bus controller PM803 and distributed S800I/O, via CBF8.1 programming software to achieve the automatic start-and-stop of equipment, data collection, as well as the automatic adjustment of the PID loop and other functions. The use of DIGIVIS8.1 monitoring software realizes on-line monitoring of data, with Windows XP as the systemg platform and interface to form the computer operating system to carry out human-computer communications.
