摘要
针对莱钢煤气系统存在的问题,优化煤气平衡管理模式,分别从分阶段制定煤气平衡优化方案、加强区域间的调配、及时调整汽轮发电机负荷、提高转炉煤气回收并网量等方面开展工作,有力地降低了煤气放散损失,同时对下一步的煤气系统提出优化配套方案。
Aimed at the problems existing in Laigang~ coal gas system, the balanced management mode was optimized, with the work done in respects such as constituting optimized balanced gas scheme in phases, strengthening allocation inter-regionally, timely adjusting turbo-generator load and increasing incorporation of converter gas recovery, noticeably reducing the loss of gas escape. An optimized matching scheme for the next step's coal gas system is put forth.
