摘要
为了在烧结生产中充分利用钢渣精粉,通过烧结杯试验掌握了钢渣精粉的物化性能以及烧结性能。在烧结生产中,配加5%的钢渣精粉,可有效的降低固体燃耗,提高烧结生产成品率,并且保证了低温烧结进行时,使烧结矿具有较好的强度,节约了成本。
In order to take full advantage of steelmaking slag powder, physical and chemical properties and sintering properties of steelmaking slag powder were commanded through sinter pot tests. In production, the adding of 5% steelmaking slag powder can effectively reduce solid fuel consumption, improve sintering production yield and ensure that when low-temperature sintering is in progress, sintered ore can have a preferable strength, thus reducing the cost.
