分析了烧结机头粉尘的特性,通过对机头除尘器合理有效地改造,综合利用特氟龙高性能涂料芒刺、声波清灰等技术、措施,达到了控制粉尘排放浓度和减少粉尘排放总量的目的。
Based on an analysis of characteristics of dust at the sintering machine feed side, the feed side dust collector was reasonably and effectively restructured, together with the comprehensive adoption of technologies and measures such as high-performance Teflon coating arista and acoustic cleaning, achieving the goals of controlling dust emission concentration and reducing the total amount of dust emission.
