干熄焦余热锅炉“炉管”的腐蚀及防护

摘要 干熄焦余热锅炉是利用吸收了红焦显热的高温循环烟体与除盐除氧纯水发生热交换,受工艺条件的制约,一旦发生锅炉炉管爆漏损坏事故,循环气体中的可燃成分将急剧升高,导致整个闭环循环气体发生爆炸,严重危及设备及员工的人身安全。作者针对干法熄焦装置余热锅炉的过热器管、蒸发器管、省煤器管和水冷壁管腐蚀爆漏的原因着重作了介绍,并提出了防护措施。 CDQ waste heat boilers absorb high-temperature circulating fume from red coke sensible heat, with the fume conducting heat exchanges with desahed and deoxidized pure water. Restricted by process conditions, in the event of boiler tube leakage caused by explosion, combustible components in circulating gases will suddenly rise, resulting in the entire closed-cycle gas explosion, severely endangering the safety of equipment and staff. An introduction is emphatically made of the causes of bursting and leakage of superheater tubes, evaporator tubes, economizer tubes and water cooler tubes, with corresponding protective measures put forth.
