高浓缩倍率循环水处理技术在热电厂的应用

摘要 采用弱酸阳离子处理水作为循环冷却水的补充水,通过控制合理的弱酸床失效终点,同时在循环冷却水中添加一定浓度的缓蚀阻垢剂,可有效地提高循环冷却水的浓缩倍率,既可达到凝汽器铜管的防垢防腐,还可达到经济节水的双重效果。 Water processed with weak-acid cation , used as make-up water of circulating cooling water, can effectively increase the concentration multiplying factor of circulating cooling water, via the control of rational weak acid bed failure end point and at the same time the adding of erosion-delay anti-clogging agent in a certain concentration to circulating cooling water, obtaining both the results of anti-scaling and anti-corrosion of the copper tubes of vapor condensers and water saving.
