铁水脱硫改造 实现节能减排

摘要 介绍了在铁水脱硫过程中引入专家系统控制方法,采用高压变频调速风机控制技术和回转式脉冲除尘控制方法,对旧式脱硫工艺进行改造后,不但提高了铁水脱硫的效果,而且最大限度地做到了节能降耗、无害化排放的循环经济发展。 The expert system control method was introduced in the course of desulphurization of hot metal. The high-pressure frequency-conversion speed-modulation fan control technology and the rotary pulse dedusting control method for desulphurization of hot metal were adopted to reform the old process of desulphurization of hot metal, both improving the effect of desulphurization of hot metal, and fully realizing the goal of energy saving, consumption reduction and harmless emission in developing circular economy.
