摘要
以江苏某轴承股份有限公司的4011XXXX型的轴承为研究对象,运用机器视觉技术中的Canny算子对轴承密封圈图像进行边缘提取,应用最小二乘法对其边缘拟合,编写缺陷特征识别算法,并在Visual C++6.0环境下实现了该检测算法.
The paper first introduces an approach that the machine vision technology is used in geometric measurement and image processing conventional technology.The application of the machine vision technology is analyzed in the measurement study of the two dimensional surface.Based on the bearing seal ring object,algorithm compile program is designed in Visual C++6.0 and then the arithmetic is realized.After a series of experiments,the results show that this approach is feasible.
