摘要
为使差速器的生产更加省料,在设计中运用包络的思想,将常规差速器中的行星齿轮镶嵌到与驱动齿轮相连的半周齿轮中.与此同时,把差速器的行星齿轮轴进行简化设计,并运用虚拟设计的设计理念.达到使差速器生产更加省料的设计目的。
The epicyclic gear is put into the half circle gear in order to save material.At the same time,the excrescent part of the core is designed in the Differential in a simplified way.Furthermore,virtual design is applied to the traditional Differential to reach the goal of saving material.
