摘要
人事管理信息系统(HR-MIS)在人事管理工作中发挥了积极的作用,但大多仅限于查询的模块化管理,并且对用户有一定的专业知识要求.利用NLP强大的检索功能,探索构建基于受限汉语的自然语言处理系统(RCNLP),并将其应用于人事管理信息系统当中,实用效果良好.
In human resources management work, Human Resources Management Information System (abbreviated as HR-MIS) has played a positive role, but most of them are limited to the modular query man- agement and the user are required to have the professional knowledge. It is explored in this paper that the powerful search function of NLP is used to build the restricted Chinese natural language processing system (abbreviated as RCNLP), which is applied to human resources management information systems, and a good technical innovation and practical effect has been achieved.
