摘要
依据某校2003年第一学期质量评估问卷的数据,利用熵值法建立了评教的定量模型,并利用该模型对高等数学课程中的15位教师进行了定量比较.分析结果表明:近几年的扩招,对教师的教学提出了新的要求,采用适当的教学手段来拓宽学生的视野、提高学生的能力素质成为当前教师在教学中更需要重视的内容.
The quantitative evaluation model is studied in this paper by means of the main idea of entropy method. According to the data of estimate questionnaire which were filled by the students in the first semester in 2003 in our university, a quantitative evaluation model of teaching quality estimate is set up. According to this model, the classroom teaching quality of fifteen mathematical teachers is analyzed. The results show that new requirements are put forward to teachers with marked rises in the number of students. Currently, as a teacher, we should pay more attention to the use of appropriate means of teaching to broaden students" horizons and enhance the students" quality and ability.
