Establishment on Talent Training Mode of Work-study Integration Education and Cooperation between Institutes and Enterprises about Refrigerating Majoring of Higher Vocational Education

从高职教育工学结合、校企合作人才培养模式的内涵入手,在明确制冷与空调技术发展现状及高职制冷专业人才培养特点的基础上,对我院制冷专业校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式进行改革探讨。

From the connotation of the talent training mode on the work - study integration education and cooperation between college and enterprise, and based on development situation of refrigeration and air-conditioning technology and talent training feature about refrigeration majoring of higher vocational education, this article discusses the reform of the talent training mode of work-study integration education and cooperation between institutes and enterprises about refrigeration majoring in Nanjing College of Chemical Technology.
