摘要 主要介绍家用空调器室外机组的噪声产生的根源和机理,通过对压缩机本体振动方向性的分析,以及对压缩机振动频率分布特性的研究,分析压缩机振动的主要激励源,优化改进其振动传递路径,使更多的能量最终传递到刚度及结构阻尼较大的部件上,并且在振动过程中能有效地衰减其振动能量,降低压缩机振动噪声的影响,从而控制家用空调器室外机组的噪声。 This article main introduction home use air-conditioner outside unit's noise production's root and the mechanism, through vibrates the directive to the compressor main body analysis, as well as to the compressor vibrational frequency distribution characteristic research, analyzes the main drive source which the compressor vibrates, the optimization improves its vibration transmission way, causes more energies to transmit the rigidity and on finally the structure damping big part, and can weaken its vibrational energy effectively in the vibration process, reduces the compressor drumming noise the influence, thus controls the home use air-conditioner outdoor unit the noise.
