Conflict and Harmony in Building a Harmonious Society

冲突是人类社会不可避免的政治现象,冲突与合作是政治生活的常态。迄今为止,还没有哪个社会完全没有冲突。因此,构建社会主义和谐社会也必定是在冲突中寻求和谐与秩序,实现从冲突到秩序转化的社会。而实现冲突的制度化调控则是构建和谐社会的必由之路。

Political conflict is unavoidable in human society for conflict and cooperation co-exist in political life. So far there has not been a society without conflicts. Therefore building a harmonious socialist society is in fact to keep order and harmony under conflicts, which is a process of turning conflict to order. According to the author, to achieve systematical control of conflicts is of great necessity to the building of harmonious society.
