How to effectively supervise and restrict the power is a major strategic issue that has puzzled our party and government for many years. In his long-term practice of leading the party and constructing the country, Liu Shaoqi had put forward some viewpoints on power restriction such as independence of the court case, restriction of the power of state leaders and open opposition.
