目前,世界金融危机使我国原本就突出的就业问题雪上加霜,进一步加剧了我国劳动力供给与岗位需求之间的失衡。必须采取各种有效措施解决世界金融危机背景下我国的就业问题。要认真落实国家促进经济增长的宏观经济政策,正确处理好经济增长与扩大就业的关系,解决好大学生就业问题、农民工失业问题、城镇低学历青年就业问题。

The current global economic crisis has worsened the employment status in China and aggravated its unbalance of labor demand and supply. Therefore, we should adopt workable measures to solve the problem of unemployment in China. First, we must properly implement central government＇ s macro-economic policy to promote economic growth; second, we should correctly handle the relation between economic growth and employment; third, we should try to ensure the employment of graduated college students; fourth, we should solve the problem of farmer-workers＇ unemployment; fifth, we should try to help those young people of low level education in city to get employed.
