On How to Set up Development Priority Zones in Minority Autonomous Counties in Guangxi

广西少数民族自治地方,自然资源丰富,地理位置比较重要,在我国极具典型性和代表性。要从统筹民族地区发展的角度,积极探索推进形成县级主体功能区划工作,遵循国家提出的原则和要求,评估资源环境承载能力,研究分类性政策和评价体系,使广西民族自治地方的发展规划和发展战略更加讲求科学性和合理性。

The minority autonomous regions in Guangxi are rich in natural resources and located in geographically important areas. They are very typical and representative among the minority autonomous regions in China. In order to overall coordinate the development of these regions, Guangxi should speed up building of development priority zones in these regions. While doing this, the government of Guangxi should follow the rules and requirements set by central government, estimate the load bearing capacity of the environment, study the classifying policy and estimating system so as to draw out scientific and reasonable development plan and strategy.
