摘要
通过对某火电厂600MW机组锅炉烟气湿法脱硫系统运行的参数(浆液pH值和密度)进行分析,发现其循环浆液量偏大,为此进行循环浆液量计算和优化,使系统节省了电量。通过进一步考察煤含硫量,精确计算过剩浆液量,提出浆液泵叶轮改造方案,改造后系统进一步提升了脱硫系统运行经济性,节省了电量。
This paper analyses the operating parameters(the pH value and the density of the circulating slurry )of a 600 MW unit boiler FGD(Flue Gas Desulfurization) system, reaches the conclusion that the value of the circulating slurry flux is bigger than needed, calculates and optimizes the circulating slurry flux. The optimal control mode shows that theenergy consumption. Through further study of coal sulfur content and accurate calculation of the excess circulating slurry flux of the optimal control mode, put forwards the scheme of desulfurization slurry circling pump, which means extra consumption can be saved.
