在分析直接空冷机组的凝结水水质特点及覆盖过滤器原理的基础上,介绍粉末树脂覆盖过滤器在空冷机组应用时的工艺流程与注意事项,并指出该过滤器具有使用温度高、除铁效果好、运行费用较高等特点,给出有针对性的建议。

This paper analyzes introduces the water quality characteristic of direct air-cooling unit and resin powder precoated filter principle,and introduces the technics flow and attentions,during the application of the resin powder precoated filter in direct air-cooling unit,moreover analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the filter,and then puts forward some suggestions.
