摘要
本文介绍了某公司Φ3.4 m×67.06 m回转窑的应用情况,并以此回转窑作为测试对象进行了热工测试、物料平衡和热平衡计算,由此了解了回转窑的能量利用情况。通过分析结果提出了优化锻烧过程的建议,以达到高产、优质和低消耗的目的。
This paper mainly introduced the application of the Ф3.4 m×67.06 m carbon rotary kiln.And this carbon rotary kiln is taken for thermal test for calculation on a material balance and thermal balance so as to concrete1y understand the effective quantity of energy and the degree of used energy.After final analysis for the testing,rational advice is put forward,which is helpful to reach the optimum operation conditions for carbon rotary kiln and to achieve higher production,better quality and lower consumption.
