摘要
羽毛球是一项具有实际锻炼价值的运动项目,它能够增进健康、增强体质、培养意志、陶冶心理,提高人体神经系统的灵敏性和协调性.采用文献资料及实验研究等方法,对羽毛球专项训练就大学生身体自尊状况的影响进行系统的实验研究.研究结果证明:除身体状况外,羽毛球专项训练对大学生的身体自尊水平及其他各维度都具有显著的促进作用.
Badminton is a practically valuable sport. It can promote health, strengthen the physique, cultivate the will and psychology, and improve the sensitivity of the human's nervous system and coordination. Using the methods of literature and experimental research, this study conducted a survey on the impact that badminton special training had on the college students' physical self-esteem condition. The results indicated that: except for physical condition, the badminton special training had more effective role on the levels of physical self-esteem and other dimensions.
