串联法生产氧化铝中煤粉制备系统的安全设计

摘要 本文介绍了串联法生产氧化铝过程中熟料烧成车间煤粉制备系统存在的安全隐患,针对这些隐患提出在设计中应充分考虑如选择烘干热风、控制热风温度、控制原煤仓和煤粉仓容积、设置泄爆阀和布袋收尘器及在线监测和自动化控制等,以防止安全事故的发生。 Focusing on the potential safety risks existing in coal powder preparation system for material baking plant of alumina production by series process,this paper presents the considerations during design on selection of hot drying air,control of hot air temperature,determination of storing capacities for raw coal and coal powder,installation of safety(rupture-disc) valve,cloth-screen dust collection and on-line automation control should be fully taken into account so as to prevent safety accidents.
