摘要
分别用酶和碱通过冷轧堆—汽蒸法对纯棉织物进行前处理,结果表明:织物在轧堆后再经汽蒸工艺处理,效果比只经冷轧堆处理好;从工艺、耗能、环保以及综合处理效果来看,酶处理比碱处理效果好.
Cotton fabric was pretreated using enzymes and alkali respectively in the pad-steam process and the resuhs showed that when the fabric is first treated with the pad process and then treated with steam, the effect is better than that treated by the cold pad-batch process. In terms of process, energy consumption, environmental protection and the comprehensive effect of treatment, enzymes were better than alkali.
