摘要
读者调查显示,新馆建设及"大流通"管理模式给读者带来极大的便利,良好的环境对工作人员的服务态度有潜移默化的影响作用,读者满意度不断提高。但"大流通"的管理模式在书库维护、图书撕割涂划、占位问题、图书充消磁等问题上还存在管理瓶颈,图书馆更多的人力、物力投入及读者素质的不断提高是解决这些问题的良好对策。
Recently a severy among the readers shows that it brings great convenient to the readers that the new library is used and managed in the model of "large circulation". And the better environment also influences the staff members" attitude towards the work, which continuously improves readers satisfaction. But the model of "large circulation" leads to some problems in preservation of storing books, damages on books, occupying seats and filling and eliminating magnetism. In this condition, library should pay more labor power and material resources in it, also the readers should improve their personal accomplishment, these will be good methods to solve these problems.
