摘要
对乙型肝炎中细胞免疫模型的动力系统进行了分析,并应用Routh-Hurwitz定理探讨了系统平衡点的渐进性态.结果得到,如果病毒的基本增殖比率R0<1,此时感染不会扩散;如果病毒的基本增殖比率R0>1,此时感染一定会持续发生,进一步,还可能会激发体内的细胞免疫反应.
This paper analyzes the dynamic system of virus and immunity in HBV. The asymptotic property of the system is discussed by using Routh Hurwitz theorem. If the basic reproductive ratio of the virus R0〈1, then, the infection won't spread over, but if the basic reproductive ratio of the virus R0〉1, it continues to spread over. Further, the cell immune response is also stimulated in vivo conditions.
