我国残疾人体育权益法律保障研究

A Study of the Sports Legal Protection of Rights and Interests for Disabled People in Our Country

运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对我国残疾人体育权益法律保障进行研究,发现我国残疾人体育权益的法律保障主要存在残疾人体育权益的实现所面临的国情和立法尚待完善、法规刚性不足的问题,而残疾人综合权益的有效保障应是体育权益实现的基础,因此要提高残疾人法律意识,完善立法,以保障残疾人体育权益的实现.

By the use of literature and logic analysis, this article studies the sports legal protection of rights and interests for disabled people in our country. The study shows that there exist some problems in our state situation, perfection of legislation and lack of effective law in the legal protection of the rights and interests of disabled people in our country. The effective protection of the comprehensive rights for disabled people in sports is the foundation to achieve their sports interests. Therefore, we must raise disabled people＇s legal awareness and perfect legislation so as to guarantee disabled people＇s sports rights.
