军校大学生学校生活满意度量表的编制

The Compilation of a School Life Satisfaction Scale for Military College Students

为了编制军校大学生军校生活满意度量表，并检验其信效度，通过访谈与开放式问卷调查法，初步获得了量表的结构和条目，正式施测522名军校本科学员，检验其信效度．结果显示：军校大学生军校生活满意度包括2个维度、7个因素和29个项目．内部一致性信度为0．92．探索性因素分析各条目的载荷范围为0．457～0．857，累积方差贡献率为65．877％．验证性因素分析结果为：χ^2／df=1．582，GFI=0．979，NFI=0．969，TLI=0．977，CFI=0．988，RMSEA=0．050．由此可见，军校大学生军校生活满意度量表具有良好的信效度，可以作为评估工具．

To compile a school life satisfaction scale for military college students and check its reliability and validity, we adopt the methods of interview and open questionnaire from which we decide the primary scale structure and items and then investigate 522 undergraduate students including 2 dimensionalities, 7 factors and 29 items with the internal consistency of the scale being 0.92 and the tentative analysis carrier scope being 0. 457- 0. 857. These factors could explain 65. 877% of the total variance and the result of the confirmatory factor is good （χ^2/dF=1. 582,GFI=0. 979,NFI=0. 969,TLI=0. 977,CFI=0. 988,RMSEA=0. 050）. Thus, we can conclude that the reliability and validity of the school life satisfaction scale for military college students is good.
