The authors attempt to discover a better application of internet at psychology counseling by analyzing a visual case about the obsessive compulsive disorder. In this case, the counselor uses exposure, arrestment of ritual behavior and cognitive modification to counsel the visitor, and now the visitor has been recovered through the result of psychological tests and his behavior adjustment. So the internet meeting can be used for counseling, and it is efficient in curing the obsessive compulsive disorder.
