新建本科院校的本科办学历史几乎与数字校园建设的兴起同步,数字校园建设是新建本科院校的重要任务之一.基于数字校园的概念与特征、数字校园建设成效与突出问题的阐述,着重从领导重视、机构设置、投入到位、观念更新、统一规划、队伍建设、共创共享等方面,对新建本科院校数字校园建设需要解决的七个重要问题进行初步的探析.

Digital construction, which is regarded by newly- established undergraduate colleges as one of their primary tasks, enjoys a development history as long as their four - year college education. On the basis of the concept and characteristics of a digital campus, this paper intends to make some tentative explorations into this matter from the following seven aspects： the leadership＇s constant concern, establishment of institution, adequate investment, notion renovation, uniform programming, staff recruitment, and co - construction and sharing.
