摘要
目的利用多层螺旋CT对腹腔动脉及其分支动脉成像,和尸体标本上观察腹腔动脉及其分支动脉进行对照,测量评价腹腔动脉及其分支动脉。方法选取正常人220例,上腹部多层螺旋CT增强扫描,将扫描图像进行后处理、三维重建,观测腹腔动脉及其分支动脉,然后对正常腹腔动脉及其分支的多层螺旋CT图像与尸体解剖标本的腹腔动脉及其分支动脉进行分析比较。结果①活体扫描成像测量的腹腔动脉及其分支动脉,其管径明显大于尸体标本肠系膜动脉测量值(P<0.05);②腹腔动脉及其分支动脉的起始位置、分支类型、走行与已有尸体标本的资料结果有较大的差异;③不同的重建方法各有其优越性,其中,STS-MIP重建能较好的显示腹腔动脉及其分支动脉的分支级别。结论多层螺旋CT增强扫描,通过工作站三维重建能较好的显示腹腔动脉及其分支动脉,并对其进行科学的评价,这种方法优于传统的尸体解剖方法,其数据可靠,并可以进行大样本的数据测量研究。
Objective To measure and evaluate celiac artery and its branches, this paper compares the multi-slice spiral CT celiac artery and its branches images with autopsy specimens. Methods 220 normal subjects were selected to undergo upper abdominal multi-slice spiral enhanced CT scanning. The images, reconstruct 3D images, analyze and compare the celiac artery and its branches images obtained by multi-slice spiral CT with autopsy specimens. Results ①Diameters of celiac artery and its' branches obtained by vivo image were significantly larger than autopsy specimens (P〈0.05);②Start locations, branch types and running directions of both celiac artery and its branches were much different between traditional autopsy specimens information and our results.③Different reconstruction methods had different advantages. Especially, TSMIP method could present the level of celiac artery and its branches better. Conclusions The method for mesenteric artery study using multi-slice spiral CT enhanced scanning and 3D reconstruction with workstation has been approved works well, and it is superior to traditional autopsy specimen method. It is also convenient for scientific evaluation for celiac artery and its branches. The result data of this method are reliable. Moreover, this method is available to research with large number of specimen.
