上腹下丛的应用解剖及临床意义

Applied anatomy of superior hypogastric plexus and its clinical significance

目的了解上腹下丛(SHR)的走行,为临床提供解剖学参考。方法对36具动脉灌注红色乳胶的成人防腐固定标本进行解剖观测。观察SHP主干的位置,并测量主干右缘到前正中线的距离。结果SHP主干位于正中线左侧者占88.89%(32/36),其右侧缘距离前正中线(8.23±2.78)mm。结论上腹下丛主干位于髂间三角的右侧,临床处理时应引起注意,采取相应措施。

Objective To explore the location of SHP stem and provide anatomic basis for clinical medicine. Methods We observed and measured the vascular and neural anatomy of thirty-six （23 male and 13 female） adult specimens ranging in age between 22 and 88 yeats with arterial ted latex. Then we observed the location of SHP stem and measured the distance between the right margin of the stem and anterior median line. Results Thirty-two（88.89%） speeimen＇s SHP stems were found located on the left side of the median line, and the distance from anterior median line to right border of SHP stem was （8.23± 2.78）mm. Conclusion It is located on the left side of the median line in interiliac triangle, and should be paid？ Attention to it and with the corresponding treatment.
