别嘌呤醇超敏综合征一例报告 被引量：1

摘要 患者，女性，83岁，因全身浮肿、尿少一年，再发伴腹部隐痛一周于2008年1月15日入院。入院体查：T36．4℃，无皮疹，浅表淋巴结无肿大。腹部稍隆，腹肌软，下腹部压痛，无反跳痛，肝脾未触及，移动性浊音阳性。双下肢凹陷性水肿。入院查血常规：WBC8．0×10^9／L，N0．764，E0．021；血生化：尿素氮11．5mmol／L↑，血肌酐190μmol／L↑，血尿酸403μmol／L↑，白蛋白21．3g／L↓；24h尿蛋白9．67g↑。腹部B超：肝胆脾胰正常声像图，双肾弥漫性肾病改变，大量腹水。人院诊断：肾病综合征，高尿酸血症。
