内脏脂肪素在慢性肾脏病进展中的作用研究
摘要
内脏脂肪素（visfatin）是近年来发现的一种由脂肪细胞特异性分泌的蛋白质。研究表明其与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、2型糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化、内皮功能紊乱以及炎症应答等密切相关。然而，人们近来发现visfatin会随着肾功能不全的进展而升高。因此，visfatin在肾脏疾病中的变化及发展中的作用值得重视。
