Ni基粉末激光熔覆对柱塞组织和硬度的影响 被引量:1

The Effect of Laser Cladding Ni Powder on Microstructure and Hardness of Plunger Piston

摘要 国外进口的薄板高压水除鳞机用柱塞在使用过程中受到严重磨损后,需对其表面进行修复以继续使用。本研究采用激光熔覆技术对表面进行修复,利用光学显微分析和扫描电子显微分析方法,对熔敷层、结合层和基体进行显微组织观察及分析,并测定了不同区域的显微硬度。结果表明:国外试样基体由铁素体和奥氏体双相组织组成,基体上激光熔覆Ni25+Ni60粉末后,Ni25层晶粒生长有明显的方向性,Ni60层晶粒的方向性不强,熔覆层组织为卵状先析出相和大量的共晶体,显微硬度的峰值约为600HV。 Plunger piston should be rebuilt to reduce cost after it was worn seriously. Laser cladding Ni+WC power technology had been used to repair plunger piston surface. Optical microscopic and Scanning electron microscopy analysis were used to study the microstructure of cladding layer, combination course and the matrix. Besides, different zones micro--hardness was measured through micro-- hardness testing. The results show that the matrix of foreign sample is made of ferrite and austenite. In cladding layer of laser cladding Ni25--Ni60, the growth of Ni25 grain has obvious direction, the direction of Ni60 grain is not clear. The microstructure of cladding layer is made of prior precipitated phase and a lot of eutectic,the max value of micro-- hardness is about 600HV.
