摘要 为研究激光对亚洲车蝗蝻虫头部位置的辐照效果,选择近红外大功率连续型半导体激光器(808nm,2W)进行辐照试验。试验时,把试验幼虫分为Ⅰ-Ⅲ龄期和Ⅳ-Ⅵ龄期,距离激光发光面不同距离处照射不同时间,分别观察照后即刻、照后5小时和照后24小时蝗蝻的死亡率,并观测蝗蝻肌体组织的损伤情况。结果表明,随着辐照时间和激光功率密度的增加,蝗虫的致死率增加;在相同的辐照条件下,Ⅰ-Ⅲ龄期比Ⅳ-Ⅵ龄期更容易致死。肌体宏观观测结果表明,头部有明显的碳化现象,部分蝗蝻有畸变现象。试验结果说明近红外激光辐照蝗蝻的头部位置有明显的致死效果。 To study the effect on Oedaleus asiaticus Nymphae by laser irradiating heads, near infrared high power continuous semiconductor diode laser (808nm and 2W) was chosen to irradiation experiment. The nymphae were divided into Ⅰ-Ⅲ intars and Ⅳ-Ⅵ intars, and irradiated at different distances from the emitting panel of laser and different time. The death rates were observed the instant time, 5 hours, 24 hours after irradiation, and the macroscopical damnification of tissues was observed. The results show that the death rate was increasing with longer irradiation time and nearer irradiation distance. At the same irradiation conditions, Ⅰ-Ⅲ intars had higher death rate than Ⅳ-Ⅵ intars. The macroscopical damnification of tissues shows that the heads of irradiated locusts were carbonized and some were abnormality. The results show near infrared laser has obvious lethal effect on Nympha by irradiating heads.
