不成熟树突状细胞诱导移植免疫耐受的分歧

摘要 树突状细胞(DCs)不仅是免疫应答的启动者,而且是免疫应答的调节者。不成熟树突状细胞(iDCs)因其低表达主要组织相容性复合体和共刺激分子而在诱导和维持机体免疫耐受中发挥了关键作用。在器官移植前将供体来源的或负载供体抗原的受体iDC输入受体体内可以诱导抗原特异性的移植免疫耐受。然而,有关iDC诱导移植免疫耐受的结果并不一致,甚至出现相反的报道,而其中的原因目前尚无定论。本文对iDC诱导移植免疫耐受研究的热点、难点以及存在的分歧进行综述。 Dendritic cells(DCs) are both initiators and regulators of immune response. Immature dendritic cells(iDCs) can induce allograft tolerance because of the low expression of MHC class 11 and low or no expression of costimulatory molecules. In rodent transplant models, iDCs either from donor or from recipient loading donor antigens,have been used in vivo to induce donor-specific tolerance. Some successful outcomes indicate that DC-based therapy may provide a novel approach to transplant tolerance. However, the rresults of tolerance induced by iDCs in organ transplantation are. still conflicting. This article reviewed the progress, especially the differences, in the induction of transplant tolerance by iDCs.
