摘要
缺血/再灌注后,体内血清炎性因子的水平、肝脏血清酶学指标、肝细胞结构发生改变,大鼠后肢缺血/再灌注后引起肝脏功能损伤及肝细胞结构的改变,应用乌司他丁后对此有保护效应。本文探讨乌司他丁对大鼠后肢缺血/再灌注后肝脏功能的保护作用及可能的机制。
