Interleukin 10 and Allergic Constitution of Pregnant Women

过敏性疾病是婴幼儿时期的常见病、多发病,严重影响儿童的生长发育和身心健康。近年来大量研究发现,白细胞介素10(IL-10)是免疫调节中的重要细胞因子,其生物学特性和功能在妊娠及过敏性疾病中有着重要的作用。国内外多项临床试验已经证实过敏性体质的孕妇妊娠期间IL-10在母血清、乳汁及新生儿脐血中的含量均有一定的变化,对其深入的研究可为今后早期预测、干预和治疗胎儿生后过敏性疾病提供依据。

Allergic disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease in infants,which severely affects children＇s growth and mental health.In recent years,a large number of studies show that interleukin 10（IL-10）is an important cytokine in immunoregulation.It plays an important role in pregnancy and allergic diseases.A number of domestic and overseas clinical trials have confirmed that the level of IL-10 in maternal serum,neonatal cord blood and breast milk of allergic pregnant women undergoes different changes during pregnancy.Further research is awaited to provide the basis of predicting and treating allergic diseases after give birth.
