摘要 血小板在正常血液中有较恒定的数量,其功能主要是促进止血和加速凝血、维护毛细血管壁完整性。血小板输注是治疗各种血小板减少引起的出血性疾病的有效治疗措施,如慢性血小板生成不良、血小板生成减少等。血小板输注存在同种免疫和无效输注的风险,所以先天性或慢性血小板减少症患者应减少血小板输注次数,同时应注意感染、过敏、发热、输血相关性肺损伤、输血后紫癜等不良反应的发生。 Platelets have specific morphological and biochemical composition,in normal blood it have a more constant amount.Its main function is promote hemostasis and accelerate the blood coagulation to maintain the integrity of capillary walls.Platelet transfusion is the treatment of thrombocytopenia due to hemorrhagic disease of effective treatment measures,such as thrombopoietin chronic poor,reduction of thrombopoietin.congenital or chronic thrombocytopenia in patients with platelet transfusion should be reduced by the number There alloimmune platelet transfusion and ineffective transfusion risks,while should be noted that infection,allergy,fever,transfusion-related acute lung injury,post-transfusion purpura and other adverse reaction from occurring.
