脑微出血的临床意义及MRI的诊断研究进展

The Clinical Significance and MRI Diagnose of Cerebral Microbleeds

脑微出血(CMB)是脑内微小血管病变所致的、以微小出血为主要特征的一种脑实质亚临床损害,CMB在原发性脑出血患者中的发生率为33%～80%,在缺血性脑卒中患者中为26%～68%,在健康老年人中为5%～7.5%。多发性CMB常提示微血管病变已处于末期,易发生出血。CMB与缺血性脑血管病变、症状性脑出血、高血压、动脉粥样硬化等密切相关。探讨CMB与上述疾病的相关性及CMB的影像学特点,对预测疾病预后及再发风险率具有重要意义。

Cerebral microbleeds（CMBs）are caused by the damages in brain tiny blood vessels,small hemorrhage is the main sub-clinical characteristics.The incidence of CMBs ranges from 33%to 80%in patients with primary intracerebral hemorrhage（ICH）,while incidence in patients with ischemic stroke is 26%to 68%,and it is 5%to 7.5%in healthy elderly population.Multiple-CMB is a sign of the late phase of microvascular disease,and hemorrhage-prone.CMB is closely related to ischemic cerebral vascular disease,symptoms of cerebral hemorrhage,hypertension,and atherosclerosis.Exploring the relations between CMB and other diseases,as well as the imaging characteristics of the CMB is of great significance to predict disease prognosis and recurrence rate.
