全身麻醉复合颈丛阻滞在前路颈椎间盘置换术中的应用

The Application of General Anesthesia Combined with Cervical Plexus Block on Intervertebral Discs Replacement

目的比较单纯全身麻醉和全身麻醉复合颈丛阻滞在颈椎间盘置换术的应用。方法择期进行颈椎间盘置换术的患者34例,常规静脉麻醉诱导,经口插入气管导管,实验组(17例)在手术侧给予颈丛阻滞,两组都采用静吸复合维持麻醉,观察记录患者麻醉用药量、麻醉苏醒时间和血流动力学指标。结果实验组的麻醉用药量和麻醉苏醒时间比对照组减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组切皮时及拔管时的血流动力学指标与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全身麻醉复合颈丛阻滞用于颈椎间盘置换术有麻醉用药量少、苏醒迅速而完全、血流动力学平稳的优点。

Objective To observe and compare the advantage of general anesthesia combined with cervical plexus block on intervertebral discs replacement.Methods Thirty three patients underwent intervertebral discs replacement was in this study.After intubation for general anesthesia induction,all patient were maintained by combined anesthesia.Then experimental group received cervical plexus block on operating side.The drug consumption,the recovery time and the hemodynamic index were recorded.Results The drug consumption and recovery time were significantly fewer in experimental group than those in control group（P〈0.05）.The hemodynamic index was significant difference in experimental group compared with control group.Conclusion General anesthesia combined with cervical plexus on intervertebral disc replacement is an ideal method with little drug,quick and complete analepsia and smooth hemodynamics.
