论铁路运输业行政垄断问题研究的必要性——基于对国外已有相关文献的梳理

Analysis on the Necessity of the Study on Railway Transport Industry's Administrative Monopoly——Based on the Arrangement of Existed Related Documents from Abroad

国外学者当前已经从多个角度对铁路运输业进行了研究,并取得了大量可供参考的学术成果。通过对国外有关铁路运输业的研究成果进行梳理,发现对铁路运输业行政垄断问题的研究并不多见,该方面的系统研究更是接近于空白。因此,对我国铁路运输业的行政垄断进行深入研究具有重要的理论价值。

Scholars from abroad have studied the railway transport industry from various angles and have acquired a lot of academic achievements for our references. Through arranging the former researches results on railway transport industry, it can be found that studies on the administrative monopoly of this industry are rare and the systematic researches close to zero. Therefore, to make an intensive study of Chinese railway transport industry＇ s administrative monopoly has important theoretical value.
