冠状动脉旁路移植术同期经旁路血管移植自体干细胞治疗缺血性心衰 被引量:3

Coronary artery bypass graft combined with intracoronary infusion of autologous stem cell transplant treatment in heart failure patients

摘要 目的评价冠状动脉旁路移植手术同期经旁路血管移植自体骨髓干细胞治疗缺血性心衰的可行性和安全性。方法40例需外科手术治疗的陈旧性心梗伴左室功能不全病人,在冠状动脉旁路移植手术同期经旁路血管移植自体骨髓单个核细胞。结果全组手术死亡1例。手术早期无心梗发生,无肝、肾功能衰竭,无新发恶性心律失常。结论冠状动脉旁路移植术同期经旁路血管移植自体骨髓单个核细胞治疗冠心病陈旧心梗,为缺血性心衰病人提供了一个全新的综合治疗选择。 Objective To use coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) and autologous bone marrow mononuclear cell transplant to cure patients with heart failure caused by isehemic heart disease. Methods The autologous bone marrow mononuclear cell was gained during coronary artery bypass grafting operation. And intracoronary infusion of autologous stem cell transplantation was performed concomitant with CABG for chronic ischemic myocardium. The mortality and changes of left ventricular function, adverse events were evaluated. Results 40 patients were accepted the treatment of CABG and autologous bone marrow mononuclear cell transplant. One died of postoperative cerebral embolism. The operative mortality was 2.5%. No myocardial infarction, liver or renal failure, and fresh malignant arrhythmia were occurred. The left ventrical ejection fraction was raised. No change was occurred in LVEDD. Conclusion Using CABG and intracoronary infusion of autologous bone marrow mononuclear cell transplant to cure patients with congestive heart failure caused by ischemic heart disease is feasible and safe.
