数字减影血管造影在选择性冠状动脉造影中的应用价值

Application value of digital subtraction angiography in selective coronary arteriography

报告我院用动脉法DSA对34例患者进行选择性冠脉造影的研究结果,检出23例有明显冠脉狭窄,其中3例进行了冠咏内溶栓,冠脉可显示到Ⅳ～Ⅴ级。表明:DSA对冠心病的诊断与介入性治疗具有肯定的价值,且有造影剂用量少,放射剂量低,有利于介入性治疗、诊断速度快等优点。

34 cases of heart disease verified by digital subtraction coronary arteriography (DSCA) of whom 23 had distinct stenosis of coronary artery were reported. The coronary artery had been shown to reach 4 or 5 grades. 3 cases of acute myocardial infarction were treated with Svate by means of intracoronary thrombolysis underguided by DSCA with excellent result. The results showed that DSCA has definite value in diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
