摘要
目的:探讨通塞颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)痰热证模型大鼠保护作用及机制。方法:通过烟熏、滴菌结合风热刺激的方法建立AECOPD痰热证大鼠模型。观察通塞颗粒对模型大鼠细胞因子水平、肺脏病理及肺功能的影响。结果:与模型组比较,通塞颗粒组TNF-α、IL-8、CRP、ICAM-1水平明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),潮气量(VT)、呼气峰流值(PEF)明显增加(P<0.01),吸气阻力(Ri)降低(P<0.01),肺组织病理损伤减轻。结论:通塞颗粒对AECOPD痰热证大鼠肺组织损伤、肺功能有明显改善,其机制可能与抑制细胞因子有关。
Objective : To study the protective mechanism of tongsai capsules in the AECOPD phlegm-heat model of rat. Methods:The AECOPD phlegm-heat model was established by smoking and dropping Klebsiella pneumoniae with stimulation of wind. the level of cytokine were tested by radioimmunology, Histopathological change of lung tissue and change of lung function were observed. Results:The contents of IL-8,TNF-α, CRP, ICAM-1 in tongsai group were less than those in model group. The VT,PEF were significantly increased,Ri were decreased. Conclusions:Decreasing the level of cytokine play a critical role in protective mechanism of promoting lung function and repairing pathological injury of tongsai capsules in the AECOPD phlegm-heat model of rat.
