血必净治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床意义的观察

The Study on Efficacy of Xuebijing in Treatment of Patients with AECOPD

目的:观察炎症因子拮抗剂血必净治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效及意义。方法:将86例入选病人随机分为治疗组43例和对照组43例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用血必净静脉点滴。结果:治疗组有效率为90.7%,明显高于对照组69.8%(P<0.05);治疗组平均住院日明显低于对照组(P<0.05),2组平均住院费用无显著性差异;对照组治疗后血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平与治疗前相比均明显降低,但对照组仍明显高于正常(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后治3项指标较治疗前相比均明显降低(P<0.01),与正常组相比差异无显著性但和对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:血必净对AECOPD有明显治疗效果,能缩短平均住院时间且不增加平均住院费用,明显降低AECOPD患者血清细胞因子IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平,提高治疗效果。

objective：To investigate the effect of Xuebijing in treatment of AECOPD. Methods：86 patients with AECOPD were divided into two groups randomly：43 cases of treatment group and 34 cases of control group. The patients of control group were treated with routine treatment, and the patients of treatment group were treated with routine treatment and Xuebijing injection. Results：The effective rate of treatment group was significant higher than that of control groups（ P 〈 0.05）. The average stay of patients in treatment group was significantly short than that of control group. The average cost of two groups was no significant difference. The serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-ain patients of Xuebijing group were all significantly lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： The efficacy of Xuebijing in treatment of AECOPD was more satisfactory. It can shorten average stay and not increased cost of patients. It can depress the levels of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in patients with AECOPD and elevate the treatment effect of AECOPD.
