中西医结合介入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死(附48例报道)

Interventional Therapy of Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head using Traditional Chinese Medicinein Combination with Western Medicine

目的探讨应用中西医结合介入的方法综合治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效;方法采用髓芯减压+自体骨植入手术、口服化淤活骨中药汤剂及介入综合治疗FicatⅠ、Ⅱ期股骨头缺血性坏死患者48例,75髋,术后定期随访,观察疗效。结果48例75髋中,介入治疗即刻血管改善有效率达81.94%,术后随访2～5.2年,临床有效率达86.67%。结论中西医结合介入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死FicatⅠ、Ⅱ期疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of interventional therapy of avascular necrosis of the femoral head（ANFH） using traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in combination with western medicine. Methods 48 cases with ANFH were treated by TCM in combination with western medicine （core decompression and auto-genous bone implants, oral Huayu decoction of Chinese medicine and interventional HUOGU）. The therapeutic effects were comparatively evaluated after regular follow-up 2 - 5.2 years. Results After treatment of these 48 patients with 75 hips, the interventional treatment of vascular instantly improve the efficiency up to 81.94%; followed up for 3 to 5.2 years, the clinical effective rate was up to 86.67%. Conclusion The effect of treating ANFI-I Ficat Ⅰ＆Ⅱ using TCM in combination with western medicine and interventional therapy is significant.
