摘要
为了缓解空中交通流量迅速增大造成的航班延误问题,我国已经在全国实施缩小垂直间隔(RVSM)的运行,对RVSM实施后的垂直间隔的安全性评估也被提上日程。结合Reich模型和概率论,对非洋区相邻高度层上的飞机的碰撞风险进行了研究。首先对Reich模型进行了改进,以适用于垂直间隔碰撞率的研究;然后对影响垂直方向碰撞率的决定因素进行了分析,其中对垂直方向重叠概率的研究,不同于国外的统计量的分析,是从机载测高设备的误差入手;最后用实例进行了仿真计算。结果说明我国缩小垂直间隔标准是安全可行的。
In recent years,in order to solve delayed flight due to air traffic flow increasing rapidly, RVSM is implemented in China. So it is very necessary to study safety assessment of vertical separation. The modeling course of vertical collision rate of neighbor flight level of same route in domestic area is analyzed by combining Reich model with probability theory. Firstly, Reich model is improved. Secondly, a mathematic method of vertical overlap probability consider the error of airborne equipment, which is different from statistics of other countries. Lastly,The example has proved that RVSM is safe and feasible in domestic airspace.
